Travel solo and love to adventure and meet many people on my trips, experiencing different cultures that leave me energised, yet calm and happy.
This piece is inspired by a moment on the beach in Oaxaca, Mexico. It was known for its excellent surf, and this time the waves were too big to swim! I made peace with enjoying the shade of my umbrella while I watched and listened to the crashing waves. They were hypnotic and I found myself in meditation as they crashed over and over. I was deep in the moment - emptying my mind and in awe of the sea. I left and feeling calm and happy, if a little hot...
