Refunds: Purchases made online are subject to Distance Selling and Consumer Contracts Regulations (under UK law) and you may return undamaged artworks that you are not completely delighted with within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.You must notify me within 14 days of receipt of the artwork if you wish to have a refund, and will have a further 14 days in which to have the artwork shipped back.

Please note the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and goods must be returned in the same undamaged condition that they were received. Returned artworks will be inspected upon receipt and if the item is in good and resealable condition the refund will be processed.

Bespoke commissions, however, may not be returned or refunded.
