I travel solo and love to adventure and meet many people on my trips, experiencing different cultures that leave me energised, yet calm and happy.
This piece is inspired by a moment on the beach in Oaxaca, Mexico. I met another solo traveller who pitched up next to me. The sea was calling, I swim a lot and am always drawn to the water, so the pair of us went in to cool off. Once beyond the intense crashing waves at the shore we floated in the swell and enjoyed carefree and easy conversation and laughter letting the waves carry us until we returned to our sun loungers. We parted ways later that day with this happy memory.
